This powerful grain dryer can accommodate capacities from 250 to 1,900 bushels per hour (BPH) and has several drying mode options, including single-zone full heat, two-zone full heat, pressure heat/pressure cool and pressure heat/vacuum cool.

Features

The SUPERB ENERGY MISER SQ Dryer has some sophisticated features, such as:

• Gentle grain handling. This dryer uses Brock’s EVENFLO® Dryer Unloading System, a slow-moving drag-style conveyor belt that is safer and more durable than auger systems. You can adjust the take-ups as needed, and cleanup is simple with easy access. The system offers consistent results and is perfect for sensor accuracy when you’re looking to keep an eye on exit moisture content.
• Stainless steel outer skins. The 18-gauge perforated skins provide long-lasting performance.
• Moisture equalizers. For better uniformity and to avoid over-drying, the MOISTURE EQUALIZER® System moves the hottest and driest grains through more quickly.
• Vertical access plenum door. This access door makes it easy to get to the dryer’s plenum areas and includes a safety switch to ensure operation stops if someone opens the door.
• Full-flame wall burner. This dryer’s burner can evenly distribute heat throughout the grain columns with its stainless steel baffle and fuel-efficient operation.
• Variable width grain column. With a narrow upper grain column, moisture-saturated air can escape, offering more efficient drying.
• Super quiet drying. This series of dryers feature a double-wide, double-inlet (DWDI) centrifugal blow, which creates quieter operation.
