BROCK® Commercial Tower Grain Dryer
The BROCK Commercial Tower Grain Dryer can handle capacities anywhere from 2,500 bushels per hour (BPH) to 10,000 BPH. It uses narrow-top columns to increase airflow and start drying grains sooner. This grain dryer also uses a low-emission burner with cast-aluminum manifold to reduce corrosion. The tower’s double-wide, double-inlet (DWDI) centrifugal fans assist in creating even airflow across the burner, providing efficient combustion and heat mixing while using less horsepower for greater air delivery.
The floor of this tower is self-cleaning and recirculates particles into the grain supply to reduce any accumulation. With Brock’s patented Circular Drag Grain Unloading System, grain gets evenly metered from the columns and delivered smoothly to the unloading point.
BROCK® MEYER ENERGY MISER® Tower Grain Dryer
Brock also offers the MEYER ENERGY MISER tower dryer with a fuel-efficient design and eight model options. Its capacities range from 1,000 BPH to 2,650 BPH.
This tower grain dryer uses versatile multimode drying options, so you can choose between full heat to dry a tower filled to capacity, pressure heat with suction cooling to save on fuel costs or pressure heat with pressure cooling for certain crops that don’t perform well with heat recycling.
Like the BROCK Commercial Tower Grain Dryer, the MEYER ENERGY MISER grain dryer also has narrow-width columns at the top to start drying faster and DWDI centrifugal fans to use less horsepower. Its full-flame wall burner distributes heat evenly and efficiently. The tower also has a steeping section, where grain moisture and temperature can equalize before the product cools to reduce stress cracking in the kernels.
